Caloundra Exhaust has operated on the Sunshine Coast for more than three decades. Over that time, Caloundra Exhaust has grown into one of the region's most recognised specialist exhaust workshops, serving everyday drivers, 4WD enthusiasts, performance-car builders and classic-car restorers.

The workshop specialises exclusively in exhaust systems and related performance work. Caloundra Exhaust does not spread itself thin across general mechanical repairs. Every technician, every tool and every process at 17 Daniel Street exists to produce exceptional exhaust work for the vehicle in front of it.

Caloundra Exhaust manufactures complete exhaust systems from raw materials. The fabrication capability covers single-pipe street systems through to full twin-exit performance setups with matched extractors, in stainless steel, mild steel or aluminised steel.

Caloundra Exhaust uses mandrel bending to preserve full pipe diameter through every curve, eliminating the flow restrictions that crush-bent systems create. Every weld is TIG-finished for clean, precise joins that hold under heat and vibration.
